Administration and authorising payments

What payment types can I authorise in Mobile Business Banking?

You can authorise a number of payment types including same-day cleared payments, direct credits, direct debits, payrolls, funds transfers, and bill payments. You can also create and authorise foreign currency funds transfers and one-off payments to any domestic bank account including to any New Zealand issued VISA, Mastercard and American Express (excluding Diners).

Can an Administrator turn off the ability for users to be able to authorise certain payment types in Mobile Business Banking?

Yes, these are managed under the Administrator tab in Internet Banking for Business.

Can an Administrator turn off the ability for users to view certain account types in Mobile Business Banking?

Yes, these are managed under the Administrator tab in Internet Banking for Business.

Can I delete a payment in Mobile Business Banking?

No. If you need to delete a payment you will need to login to Internet Banking for Business.

Can I access more than one Internet Banking for Business logon via Mobile Business Banking?

Not at this stage.

Can users be logged into Internet Banking for Business and Mobile Business Banking at the same time?

Yes. You can have users logged into Internet Banking for Business creating payments while others are logged into Mobile Business Banking authorising payments.

Can a payment be authorised by two people in Mobile Business Banking?

Yes. If you require two authorisations for a payment type, both users can approve in Mobile Business Banking if they have been given this permission by the Administrator.
