Activating your NetGuard token

You can activate your token using Internet Banking for Business on your desktop, or via our Mobile Business Banking App - available in both app stores.

If you're using a desktop, go to our website and select ‘Login’ at the top right-hand side of the page. Make sure you're logging in to Business banking.

To activate your token via desktop or the Business banking app, you'll need:

  • the 9-digit access number we emailed you following your regsitration
  • your user ID (sent in a separte email to your access number)
  • your temporary password (sent in the same email as your user ID).

You’ll be given instructions to guide you through the process.
