Activating your NetGuard token

You can activate your token using Internet Banking for Business on your desktop, or via the BNZ Mobile Business Banking app.

If you’re using a desktop, go to the BNZ Business Banking home page and click Login at the top right-hand corner.

To activate your token via desktop or the Mobile Business Banking app, you’ll need:

  • the 9-digit access number we emailed you following your registration
  • your user ID and temporary password (sent in a separate email).

You’ll be given instructions to guide you through the process.
