Activating your NetGuard token

To activate your token, go to our Business Banking page and select ‘Login’ at the top right-hand side of the page. Then enter the:

  • 9-digit access number we emailed you when we received your application
  • your user ID 
  • your password.

You’ll be given a temporary PIN and instructions telling you what to do next.
