Set or change your card PIN
Set or change your PIN on your Eftpos, Flexi Debit Visa, credit card, or Advantage Visa or Flexi Debit for Business card. ^
Get more control of your money
With the BNZ app, you can see how you spend across your personal transaction accounts – to help you stay on top of your money.^
See all your messages and notifications in one place
See your last three months of updates in the BNZ app, including secure messages, account notifications, important updates, and tips.
You can also set up push notifications for things like money coming into your account or when your balance drops below a set amount.
Send money overseas
Send over 31 currencies to more than 200 countries, using your regular transaction or savings account, or Foreign Currency account. Available between 7am and 11pm.
Pay with your phone
You can pay for things with your phone, using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Just add your eligible BNZ Visa credit card or debit card^ to your Apple or Android device and you’re good to go.
Security comes first
Two-step authentication
Two-step authentication is embedded within the app, and works automatically to let us know it’s really you logging in.
Data security
Your app has encryption and auto-logout after five minutes of no activity, to protect you when you’re doing your banking.
Card security
You can turn payWave off or on, turn online shopping off or on, block or unblock your card, and use more controls in the app.
