Setting up and managing automatic payments

You can set up, edit, suspend, or stop automatic payments in Mobile Banking.

You can also manage automatic payments in Internet Banking.

Setting up an automatic payment

  1. From the main screen, tap and drag the account you’d like to pay from, onto another account, a payee, or One-off.
  2. Enter amount, select start date and tap Repeat to set a payment frequency. 
  3. Enter statement details if you’d like to, and tap Pay (if you’re paying someone) or Transfer (if you’re transferring between accounts)

Editing or suspending an automatic payment

  1. From the main screen, tap the menu in the top left corner.
  2. Tap Upcoming payments and select your payment.
  3. For iOS tap the Edit icon in the top right corner. For Android tap in the fields to edit them directly.
  4. Edit any of your automatic payment details including the final payment date. 
  5. Tap Save, and then Confirm.

Stopping an automatic payment

  1. From the main screen, tap the menu in the top left corner.
  2. Tap Upcoming payments and select your payment.
  3. For iOS tap the Bin icon in the top right corner. For Android tap the Delete button.
