Blocking online purchases on your card
You can block online purchases in the BNZ app, so your card can’t be used to pay for things online. Just a heads up, if you have a joint or additional card and you block online purchases, this will affect the other card too. If you've got Apple Pay or Google Pay™ set up on your phone, it will continue to work as normal.
To block online purchases on your card:
- Log in to the BNZ app, tap on Menu and select Cards.
- Tap on the card you want to change.
- Under Online purchases, just tap the button.
- To unblock it, tap the button again.
