Opening new transaction or savings accounts
You can add new transaction or savings accounts in Internet Banking if you already have an existing YouMoney or TotalMoney account. If you don’t have an existing YouMoney or TotalMoney account, you will only be able to add new Personal OnCall or Rapid Save accounts.
To open accounts in Internet Banking:
- Log in to Internet Banking and click on Add an account [+]. This appears alongside or below your existing accounts.
Note: If you get an error message, or don’t see the option to Add an account [+] or add a new YouMoney or TotalMoney account, it may be because you don’t have the required existing accounts. Give us a call on 0800 275 269 and we can help.
- Choose what kind of account you’d like to open, and name your new account.
Tip: You can also customise your account with a unique picture, or set a savings goal.
