Updating your contact details

If your phone number, address, email, or other personal details change, you can update these easily in Internet Banking.

Updating your contact details requires two-step authentication using the BNZ app. If you don’t have the BNZ app you can call us to update your contact details. Call 0800 275 269 or +64 4 931 8209 if you’re overseas (international toll charges apply).

How to edit your details

  1. Log in to Internet Banking.
  2. Click Menu in the top-left corner of the main page.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under the heading ‘Your details’, click Update next to the section you want to update.
  5. Update your details then click Save.
  6. When you’re prompted, authenticate with the BNZ app.
