These rates apply to all home loans. That includes loans with Residential Owner Occupied or Residential Investor interest rate types.

Better Future home loan top-up special

You could borrow up to $80,000 at a 1% p.a. fixed rate for 3 years, to pay for eligible upgrades to your home or for electric transport options.^

Low equity premium (LEP)

If you have less than 20% equity in your home, you’ll need to pay a low equity interest rate premium. This applies to loans where the loan to value ratio (LVR) is more than 80%.

Service fees

  • Home loan set up: Up to $150
  • Re-fix or roll over: No fee
  • Top up your loan: Up to $100
  • Redocumentation if required: $50
  • $25 each time we have to pay council rates for your property on your behalf
  • Staff assisted printout (up to last 25 transactions): $1
  • Replacement statement: $1.50 per statement
  • International postage: $2
  • Rapid Repay revolving home loan: $2 monthly base fee
  • Mortgage One revolving home loan: $2 monthly base fee

Security and loan documentation fees

  • Preparation of agreements - General Security, Specific Security: $50
  • Discharge or partial discharge of agreements - Mortgage, Debenture, General Security, Specific Security: $40 per deed
  • Any other deed or security release: $30
  • Rates Arrears Fee: $25 per default
