Switching to online bank feeds

You can switch to the new bank feeds from 29 May. Switching should take less than five minutes.

How to switch

Xero will send instructions on how to switch, to the primary Xero subscriber in your organisation.

You’ll need to log in to Xero then:

• select ‘Update bank connection’  which will direct you to the secure BNZ login page
• enter your BNZ access number and password
• authorise and confirm the information you agree to share with Xero
• check that the right bank accounts have been selected in Xero, and set up import start dates for your bank feeds for each bank account.

Non-BNZ Internet Banking users

All of the BNZ accounts you want to share with Xero, must be linked to your BNZ Internet Banking. If you’re not currently using Internet Banking, find out:
