What to do if your NetGuard card hasn’t arrived
While waiting for your card to arrive
You can still log in to Internet Banking with your access ID and password while you’re waiting for your NetGuard card to arrive. For security reasons, you’ll only be able to do this for 10 days. After that you’ll need to activate your NetGuard card to use Internet Banking, unless you have the BNZ Mobile app set up, in which case you can use your app to authenticate.
If you’ve registered for Internet Banking with your credit card, you’ll be able to view your accounts and transfer money within your accounts straight away. Once your NetGuard card arrives and you’ve activated it, you’ll be able to make payments.
For security reasons, if you’re already registered for Internet Banking, you’ll need to wait until your NetGuard card arrives and activate it, in order to log in to Internet Banking. However, if you have the BNZ Mobile app set up, you can use it to authenticate and access Internet Banking.
