Take your card travelling

If you're going places, make sure you pack your Flexi Debit Visa. You can use it to pay for things overseas and get money out at ATMs, plus if your card ever gets lost or stolen, you can block it straight away in the BNZ app. You can even use your phone to pay for things while the card is blocked.

Cover for fraud

NetPledge covers you for online transactions you didn’t make on your card, i.e. if someone uses your card to shop online without your permission (including someone whose stolen your card).

Purchase protection

If you buy something online and don’t receive it, or return an item and don’t get a refund, our NetPromise policy means we can help get your money back if you let us know within 30 days of getting your statement.

ATM technology

Our liquid encryption technology updates the security information on your card’s magnetic strip every time you use it at a BNZ ATM. This helps us detect if your card has been copied without your knowledge.
