Using this site

Protecting your security online is important to us, so we recommend you use the latest version of your web browser when using our website.

Using the latest version will also ensure you can access all parts of our website, including Internet Banking. 

Supported browsers

*From April 2021, Microsoft Internet Explorer will not be supported. You'll need to download and use a supported browser to access Internet Banking and parts of the website. 

Check your browser version

To check which browser you’re using, open the browser and either click the ‘Help link’ or the ‘settings icon’. Then select the ‘About’ browser option (eg, ‘About Internet Explorer’, ‘About Google Chrome’).

Other settings

Your default browser settings should be fine but if you’re having problems, check  that you have the following enabled:

  • Cookies
  • Pop-up windows
  • JavaScript.
