Downloading a proof of account document
You can use Internet Banking to view, print, or share proof of account documents for your YouMoney, Rapid Save, or TotalMoney accounts. You can also do this in the BNZ app.
How to download your proof of account document
- Log in to Internet Banking.
- From the main screen, select the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
- Select Documents then Proof of accounts.
- You can either:
- select Download next to the account you want a proof of account document for
- preview the document first, by selecting the account you want a proof of account document for. Your document will open in a new browser tab, and depending on your device, you can share, copy, download, or print the document.
If you see a blank screen after downloading the document, you may need to update your browser to the latest version.
