Downloading a proof of account document

You can use the BNZ app to view, print, or share proof of account documents for your YouMoney, Rapid Save, or TotalMoney accounts.

How to download your proof of account document

1. Log in to the BNZ app.
2. From the main screen, tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
3. Tap Documents then Proof of accounts.
4. Tap on the account you want a proof of account document for.
5. Your document will display, and depending on your device, you can share, copy, download, or print the document by selecting your device share icon (usually located at the bottom of the screen).

You can also download a proof of account document by selecting your account from the main screen, then tapping on the account menu (three horizontal dots in the top-right corner) and selecting Proof of account from the list that appears at the bottom of your screen.
