Stopping paper documents in the BNZ app

When you turn off paper documents, you’ll no longer receive account statements, tax certificates, KiwiSaver annual statements, annual loan summaries and term deposit certificates in the mail. These documents will still be available online.

How to turn off your paper documents

  1. Log in to the BNZ app.
  2. From the main screen, tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
  3. Tap Documents then Manage documents.
  4. Tap the Turn paper off button.
    (To switch back to receiving documents by mail, tap the Turn paper on button.)

Manage your document notifications

You can choose to get email notifications when new statements are available or a payment is due. You can manage your document notifications by tapping on Manage documents then Manage document notifications
