Logging in to Client Fund Service

I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Check that you are entering all your details in the correct format.

Access Number
  • 9 digits
  • numbers only - no letters or special characters except you may enter two dashes e.g. 123-456-789
  • can be found on the email received from the us on acceptance of your application for online Client Fund Service.

User ID

  • must be 3-8 characters
  • can contain both letters and numbers.


  • must be 6-8 characters in length
  • must contain both letters and numbers
  • Your password is case sensitive. Check that your caps lock is not turned on.

If you can’t remember your password, you can have it reset.

If you are Your password can be reset by:
Authoriser or Sub-user The Administrator for your business / company
Administrator   Another Administrator for your business / company, or  complete a Request a new Client Fund Service Password form and send it to us to process.
