Changing automatic payments to your credit card

If you have an existing automatic payment set up from one of your accounts to your BNZ credit card, and your credit card number has changed, you will need to contact the bank your account is with to advise them of your new credit card number.

If your account is with BNZ, you can provide this information to us through:

  • sending a secure message within internet banking
  • calling us on 0800 275 269 or +64 4 931 8209^ if you are overseas
  • visiting your nearest store.
