Requesting to increase or decrease your credit card limit
The minimum limit for a BNZ Lite Visa or Advantage Classic card is $500, and for an Advantage Visa Platinum it’s $5,000.
You can request to increase or decrease your credit card limit using Internet Banking.
How to increase your limit
- Log in to Internet Banking.
- Select the Menu in the top left corner of the main page.
- Select Apply now.
- Select Apply to increase your credit card limit.
- Follow the rest of the steps from there.
How to decrease your limit
- Log in to Internet Banking.
- Select the on Menu in the top left corner of the main page.
- Select the Contact icon from the bottom left of the menu.
- Select New or Start new message. When prompted, enter your message to request decreasing your credit card limit.
