Facility types we offer

Each facility can be structured to suit your unique situation and requirements.

Development finance

Bespoke development project finance of $5 million or more. We fund projects across all real estate classes.

Investment finance

Short and long-term investment finance facilities. Facilities can be $5 million or more against single or multiple assets, with tenors of up to 5 years. Repayment terms can be interest only or amortising.

Mezzanine finance

We’re the only bank in New Zealand to provide mezzanine finance. This is a subordinated funding tranche, which for the right project, can increase borrowing for a short period. Available on BNZ-funded projects for facility amounts of up to $10 million.
