You must notify us immediately of any lost or stolen BNZ Pay Portable EFTPOS terminals by calling us on 0800 729 254.
We’ll make sure that your terminal(s) are deactivated, and arrange for a replacement to be couriered to you. This may take up to 3-5 business days depending on courier capacity.
Additional one-off fees may apply where the terminal(s) are lost or stolen.
