Kids Rapid Save Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
This is a prize draw to win one of five prizes of a $1,000 deposit for your child’s BNZ Rapid Save account (the Promotion).
We, BNZ, are the promoter. Please contact us with any queries.
You agree to these terms with us by entering the Promotion. New Zealand law applies.
2. How to Enter
The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 19 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 June 2026 (the Promotion Period).
You enter by setting up an automatic payment of at least $10 that repeats at least once a month from your BNZ account to your child’s BNZ Rapid Save account during the Promotion Period. The payment must be active and the ‘child’ must be under 18 when the Promotion Period ends.

Entries are open to BNZ customers who are, at the time the Promotion Period ends:
- recorded in our systems as parents or guardians of the relevant child,
- living in New Zealand,
- aged 18 or older, and
- who are not our staff.
One entry per customer profile type (individual or joint) per child.
3. Selecting the Winner
Prizes are limited to one per family. We’ll randomly select then contact the winners within two weeks of the Promotion Period ending.
The winners must claim their prize within one week of being notified or forfeit it. The winners also forfeit their prize if they were not eligible to enter, as we may determine at any time. If any prize is forfeited, we’ll redraw it within one week using the above process.
Once claimed, we’ll deposit each prize into the relevant child’s BNZ Rapid Save account within two weeks.

4. Conditions
The prize is in New Zealand Dollars and is not transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable. All results are final and we won’t enter into correspondence.
We may decide that you forfeit your prize if you’re a BNZ customer with accounts that are in default, or closed due to misconduct.
5. Compliance Checks
We may need to check you or your entry. This includes your name, address, age, place of employment, and other information we might reasonably ask for.
We can disqualify you at any time for being fraudulent, dishonest or misleading, or otherwise acting outside these terms.
6. Our Liability
We, and our employees and affiliates, are not liable for any losses (both direct and indirect) resulting from this Promotion or the prize itself.
7. Your Privacy
We may collect, store, and use your information to conduct this Promotion and for future promotional and publicity purposes. See our Master Privacy Policy for more information on our privacy practices. Your information will be held by BNZ, Level 4, 80 Queen Street, Auckland 1010, Auckland. We own any entries in the Promotion.
