Devices compatible with the Apple iOS app
The BNZ app is designed for iOS mobile devices with internet access.
iPad and iPhone devices
- To use the latest version of the BNZ app, you’ll need to have Apple version 18 or later.
- We recommend updating to the most recent operating system version available for your device, to ensure it’s secure and has access to our latest features and improvements.
- The BNZ app may work on older unsupported operating systems, but you may experience issues.
To check what version of iOS your device is currently running:
- Tap Settings.
- Select General.
- Select About.
To update to the latest iOS version, follow the instructions on Apple support.
Setting up Touch ID or Face ID on compatible devices
- Log in to the BNZ app.
- From the main screen, tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
- Tap Settings then under Security, select either Touch ID or Face ID.
- Tap the (Touch ID or Face ID) button to turn on or off.
