Devices compatible with the Apple iOS app
Mobile Banking is designed for newer mobile phones with web browsers and touchscreen controls. In general, if the internet works well on your mobile phone, then Mobile Banking should as well.
Devices for the iPad and iPhone app
To use the latest version of the BNZ Mobile app for iPhones, you'll need to have software version 9.0 or later.
If you need to update the version of iOS, connect your device to iTunes and follow the update instructions provided. If you have trouble, check your device manual or go to the Apple support site for help.
Devices that can use Touch ID
To set up Touch ID, go to Menu > Settings in your Mobile Banking app. You need to run iOS 8.0 or later on an iPhone 5s or later, iPad (5th generation), iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, or iPad mini 3 or later.
Devices that can use Face ID
You can set up Face ID login on iPhone X. To set up Face ID, go to Menu > Settings in your Mobile Banking app.
