Advantage Visa Credit Card Bonus Points Offer Terms and Conditions
This is a promotion to earn 7,500 bonus BNZ Points (the Promotion). We, BNZ, are the promoter and Ascenda Loyalty Pte. Ltd (Ascenda) is the prize provider. Please contact us with any queries.
You agree to these terms with us by entering the Promotion. New Zealand law applies.
Capitalised terms not defined here are as they’re defined in the BNZ credit card terms and conditions. The Promotion is open to the original recipients of BNZ’s email dated 10 July 2025 or letter dated 18 July 2025 regarding this Promotion. The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 10 July 2025 and closes at 23.59 on 31 August 2025 (the Promotion Period).
During the Promotion Period, the Account Owner(s) must make at least 5 online Eligible Purchases of any value to their Credit Card Account. Each Credit Card Account is eligible to receive 7,500 bonus BNZ Points once only. In the case of a joint Credit Card Account, the 7,500 bonus BNZ Points awarded will be allocated equally between the joint Account Owners.
BNZ has the sole discretion to determine if you’ve met the Promotion criteria, including if an Eligible Purchase counts towards the Promotion. For example, if the Eligible Purchase is not settled within the Promotion Period, or if you obtain a purchase refund or chargeback for an Eligible Purchase, it may not be counted.
If the Promotion criteria has not yet been met, and an Account Owner is issued with a replacement Card with different Credit Card Account Number details, a minimum of 5 online Eligible Purchases will need to be made using the original Credit Card Account Number to meet the Promotion criteria.
If you meet the Promotion criteria set out above, your bonus BNZ Points will appear in your BNZ Points balance within 10 business days of the Promotion ending.
Purchases made by additional cardholders will not count towards the number of required Eligible Purchases, as they aren’t Account Owners. Prizes aren’t transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable. All results are final and we won’t enter into correspondence. We may decide that you forfeit your bonus points if you’re a BNZ customer with accounts that are in default, closed due to misconduct, if any qualifying transaction is refunded, reverse or cancelled, or if you’re no longer a member of the BNZ Rewards Programme. We can disqualify you at any time for being fraudulent, dishonest or misleading, or otherwise acting outside these terms. We, Ascenda, and our respective employees and affiliates, are not liable for any losses (both direct and indirect) resulting from this Promotion.
We may collect, store, and use your information to conduct this Promotion and for future promotional and publicity purposes. See our Master Privacy Policy for more information on our privacy practices. We may also share your information with the prize provider on these same terms and in accordance with their privacy policy. We own any entries in the Promotion.
