Editing an international payee

 How to edit a payee in the app

  1. Log in to the BNZ Business app.
  2. Tap the menu and select International payment.
  3. Tap Select an existing payee and select the payee you’d like to edit.
  4. Tap Edit payee details
  5. Edit the details of your payee.
    • If we’re processing a payment to your payee, or if any future-dated payments have been authorised for them, you won’t be able to edit their details. 
    • If there are existing payments to your payee that need to be authorised, you won’t be able to edit the Currency, or change the From account to an account that uses a different currency. 
  6. Tap Save changes.
