Lost and stolen PayClip devices

You must notify us immediately of any lost or stolen PayClip terminals by calling us on 0800 729 254.

We will make sure that your terminal(s) are deactivated, and arrange for a replacement to be couriered to you. This may take up to 3-5 business days depending on courier capacity.

Note that an additional fee will be charged to your account for any lost or stolen terminals.
