What Productivity Finance is for

Productivity Finance is designed to support the full productivity journey – from planning and implementation, to embedding and measuring results. It can help with:

  • purchasing new plants and equipment
  • implementing new operating systems and software
  • improving processes or efficiency
  • training staff or hiring external expertise
  • allowing time to embed and benefit from new ways of working.

How it works

We fund your investment as a complete package – including equipment, systems, people, and processes. We call this the ‘Productivity Uplift Period’, and we work with you to determine how long you require. Once this period ends and the benefits are being realised, we adjust the repayment structures to match your improved cash flow position.

Longer interest-only periods

This gives you space to implement and embed the changes in your business.

Tailored repayment terms

We match your repayments to when productivity gains begin to flow through.

Reduced cash flow pressure

Less stress about cash flow means your business can focus on scaling up.
