Viewing statements using Firefox
If Firefox is your default browser for Internet Banking, you might have had problems viewing your statements and tax certificates. This is because previewing PDFs is disabled by default in Firefox.
To enable the preview PDF feature:
- Click on the Firefox menu button in the top-right corner of your browser and choose Options
- Click on Applications on the left
- Check Preview in Firefox is set to Portable Document Format (PDF).
