You can repay your CARL loans in Internet Banking for Business, as well as redraw your variable (floating rate) loans^. Follow these steps or use the downloadable guidePDF 727KB.
Repaying a loan
From the Account Summary screen, under the Loans heading, select an account^.
From the left-hand menu, select Account Details.
Click Select Account and choose a CARL account.
Click Repay. A pop-up box will appear.
Select the account you want to repay from.
Enter the amount you want to repay.
Enter a date for the repayment.
Click Send Request (once sent, this cannot be changed).
A confirmation message will be displayed. To print or save the details as a PDF, click Print request details.
Redrawing a loan
From the Account Summary screen, under the Loans heading, select an account^.
From the left-hand menu, select Account Details.
Click Select Account and choose a CARL account.
Click Redraw. A pop-up box will appear.
Select the account you want to redraw to.
Enter the amount you want to redraw.
Enter a date for the redraw.
Click Send Request (once sent, this cannot be changed).
A confirmation message will be displayed. To print or save the details as a PDF, click Print request details.
To reduce a loan limit, contact your BNZ Relationship Manager^.
