BNZ Growth Academy Workshop terms and conditions

1. Introduction

This is a competition to win a BNZ Growth Academy workshop package (the Promotion) which is run by Disrupt New Zealand Limited (D/srupt).

Winners will receive:

• one double pass entry to one of D/srupt’s BNZ Growth Academy online workshop series (four x 1.5 hour weekly online sessions). 30 BNZ business customers to attend each workshop series; and
• access to D/srupt’s online tool, the D/srupt Growth Navigation platform, for one year from the date of your workshop. The online tool contains content on market strategies to help identify areas of growth for your business.

We, BNZ, are the promoter and D/srupt is the prize provider. Please contact us with any queries.

You agree to these terms with us by entering the Promotion. New Zealand law applies.

2. How to enter

The Promotion opens on 19 June 2026 and closes on 30 June 2027 (the Closing Date).

You enter by filling out and submitting an application form to us in the manner we tell you to before the Closing Date. You can only enter once.

Entries are open to BNZ customers who hold current business banking accounts with BNZ. This Promotion is designed for small to medium-sized enterprise with annual revenue of NZ$0.5K – $10M.

You are not eligible if you are, or if your business is owned and/or operated by, a staff member of BNZ, its related companies, or D/srupt, or their immediate family members, at the time of entry.

3. Selecting the winners

BNZ will select the winners based on the responses the applicants provided in their application. All decisions will be at our sole and absolute discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified if they have been selected for the prize and will be asked to choose a workshop date.

A winner must claim their prize by confirming their attendance to a workshop within one week of being notified, or forfeits it. A winner also forfeits their prize if they were not eligible to enter, as we may determine at any time. If any prize is forfeited, we’ll determine the substitute winner of our choosing.

4. Conditions

The prize isn’t transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable. All results are final and we won’t enter into correspondence. Unless described as part of the prize, all expenses incurred by the winner (or their related parties) are their own responsibility.

We may decide that you forfeit your prize if you’re a BNZ customer with accounts that are in default, or closed due to misconduct.

You consent to us and the prize provider using your name, photo, hometown and image for publicity and promotional purposes. You must make yourself available for publicity photographs relating to the Promotion on request for no additional compensation.

5. Compliance checks

We or the prize provider may need to check you or your entry. This includes your name, address, age, place of employment, and other information we might reasonably ask for.

We can disqualify you at any time for being fraudulent, dishonest or misleading, or otherwise acting outside these terms.

6. Our liability

We, the prize provider, and our respective employees and affiliates, are not liable for any losses (both direct and indirect) resulting from this Promotion or a prize itself.

7. Your privacy

We may collect, store, and use your information to conduct this Promotion and for future promotional and publicity purposes. See our Master Privacy Policy for more information on our privacy practices. We may also share your information with the prize provider on these same terms and in accordance with their privacy policy. We own any entries in the Promotion.
