Terms and conditions 

1. Introduction 

This is a giveaway to receive a free basketball pack (the Promotion).

We, BNZ, are the promoter and the prize provider. Please contact us with any queries.

You agree to these terms with us by entering the Promotion. New Zealand law applies.

2. How to enter

The Promotion opens at 00:01 on Monday 12 January 2026 and closes the earlier of stocks running out, or at 11:59pm on Sunday 8 March 2026 (the Promotion Period).

You’re eligible for the pack if:

• you’re under 18 years old
• join BNZ as a new customer,
• and open up a BNZ YouMoney or Rapid Save account during the Promotion Period.

Accounts for customers under 13 years old must be opened by a parent or guardian.

Customers can choose from a BNZ Breakers, BNZ Kahu or BNZ Kiwi Hoops pack (subject to availability). Pack includes a swag bag, socks, drink bottle and basketball. One pack per customer.

The pack will be ordered from the BNZ branch for delivery to your home address.

3. Conditions

The prize isn’t transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable. All results are final and we won’t enter into correspondence.

We may decide that you forfeit your prize if you’re a BNZ customer with accounts that are in default, or closed due to misconduct.

4. Compliance checks 

We can disqualify you at any time for being fraudulent, dishonest or misleading, or otherwise acting outside these terms.

5. Our liability

We, and our employees and affiliates, are not liable for any losses (both direct and indirect) resulting from this Promotion or the prize itself.

6. Your privacy 

We may collect, store, and use your information to conduct this Promotion and for future promotional and publicity purposes. See our Master Privacy Policy for more information on our privacy practices. Your information will be held by BNZ, Level 4, 80 Queen Street, Auckland 1010, Auckland. We own any entries in the Promotion.
