Surveys and market research

From time to time you may receive an invitation to give us feedback. It’s all part of our customer research programme to help us keep improving our products and services.

How it works

We may ask you to participate in online surveys via email, our website, or mobile app. Sometimes you may be invited to be part of an online or face-to-face conversation with us about a specified topic. Invitations may come from our market research partner ConsumerLink, who are only provided with the information they need to contact the right customers.

We’ll never ask you for personal information such as your login details or PIN, or direct you to a web page that asks for this information. If you have any questions, email bnz_customerresearch@bnz.co.nz.

Participation is always voluntary. You can unsubscribe from future survey invitations at any time using the link in each email. You’ll still receive communications about the products or services you have with us.

To find out more about how we use customer information, see our Master Privacy Policy.
