Adding a tile

The insights on your MyBusiness Live dashboard are called tiles. Each tile is powered by one or more specific apps. You’ll need to connect the relevant app to MyBusiness Live, and add the tile to see your business data on the dashboard. 

You can access your dashboard from your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop, but to add a tile you’ll need to use a laptop or desktop.

Add a tile to your business dashboard

  1. Log in to MyBusiness Live.
  2. Click Connect in the menu at the top of the page.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the ‘Recommended tiles’ section.
  4. Select View more to go to the tile library.
  5. Click on the tile you would like to add.
  6. Click the Add button to add the tile to your dashboard.

Once you've added a tile to your dashboard, you can click, hold, and drag the selected tile into a new position.

The tile will soon come to life with your data if you have already connected an associated app. If you haven’t yet connected any apps that power the tile, you can find out what apps you need in the tile library.

Find out what app you need for a tile

  1. Log in to MyBusiness Live.
  2. Click Connect in the menu at the top of the page.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the ‘Recommended tiles’ section.
  4. Select View more to go to the tile library
  5. Click on a specific tile to access the tile information.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the app/s that power the tile.
  7. If you already have a subscription to a particular app, select it and Connect it to your dashboard.
