Forgotten NetGuard PIN
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you’ll need to get your NetGuard token reset.
First, lock your token by entering the wrong PIN until you see ‘LOCKED’ on your token screen, followed by a 7-digit code. Then:
- print out and complete the NetGuard token reactivation form (PDF 35KB)
- get the form signed by the owner(s) of your company’s BNZ bank accounts
- scan and email the form to email@example.com or fax it to (04) 474 7777.
When we’ve processed the form we’ll email you step-by-step instructions telling you how to unlock your token and get a new PIN. On business days, this usually happens two to three hours after we get a signed copy of your form.
Resetting your Internet Banking for Business password
If you’ve forgotten the password for your internet banking site, you’ll need to get it reset.
