Pip Gilbert, Vice President of Product at Dexibit, a data software business which uses artificial intelligence to improve customer experience in visitor attractions like museums, zoos and theme parks, is passionate about customer centricity. An expert in product management, she brings empathy and humanity to product experiences.
Pip has developed her career from within growth-oriented businesses such as The Icehouse and NZX-listed EROAD, in senior strategy and product leadership roles. She is able to marry customer centricity with commercial reality for experiences that deliver results.
Pip explains how to get started with a customer centric approach without getting bogged down in data:
- Pick the one thing that’s going to move your needle to the largest extent.
- Focus and hone in on the piece of data that’s going to move that needle.
- Figure out how you can measure it.
- Track it.
- Use the insight to improve the customer experience.
Watch Pip’s interview with Liam Dann, New Zealand Herald Business Editor at Large, from our recent BNZ Connect Panel discussion to hear more of her insights into how to get started on your journey to customer centricity.
