Setting up automatic cash back to your credit card

Through personal Internet Banking or the BNZ app, set up your BNZ Points to auto redeem for cash paid to your credit card account^ every month.

Setting up automatic cash back

1. Log in to your Internet Banking or BNZ app^.
2. Click or tap on your BNZ Advantage Visa card and select Rewards.
3. Click or tap on Redeem for cash.
4. Select Set up auto-redemption.
5. Select the card account that you want to receive the automatic cash back.
6. Click or tap on Review then Confirm auto-redemption.

Your BNZ Points will automatically be converted to cash back to your credit card account at the end of the month.

This will be credited to your account within 10 business days. If you have more than one eligible Rewards credit card, you can choose which card receives the automatic cash back.

Opting out of automatic cash back

1. Log in to your Internet Banking or BNZ app^.
2. Click or tap on your BNZ Advantage Visa card and select Rewards.
3. Click or tap on Redeem for cash.
4. Select Cancel auto-redemption.

You’ll no longer receive cash back to your credit card account at the end of each month. Any BNZ Points that have already been redeemed for cash cannot be refunded.
