Making withdrawals from your YouWealth account in Internet Banking

You can make a regular or one-off withdrawal request at any time.

Setting up a one-off withdrawal

1. Log in to Internet Banking.
2. From the main screen, click on your YouWealth account.
3. Click on Withdraw from the options at the top of the screen.
4. Select Make a new withdrawal.
5. Under Withdrawal type, select One-off withdrawal.
6. Enter amount.
7. Select the account to transfer money into.
8. Enter the payee account name and payee reference text.
9. Choose the best way for us to contact you.
10. Click on Submit.

Setting up a regular withdrawal

1. Log in to Internet Banking.
2. From the main screen, click on your YouWealth account.
3. Click on Withdraw from the options at the top of the screen.
4. Select Make a new withdrawal.
5. Under Withdrawal type, select Regular withdrawal.
6. Enter amount.
7. Select your withdrawal frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, or annually).
8. Enter the withdrawal start date.
9. Select the account to transfer money into.
10. Enter the payee account name and payee reference text.
11. Choose the best way for us to contact you.
12. Click on Submit.
