GlobalPlus credit cards changed to BNZ Advantage

GlobalPlus has been replaced with BNZ Advantage.

BNZ Advantage is our new rewards programme, that gives you the choice of cash back or Fly Buys points. In August 2015 more features will be added.

At this stage, BNZ Advantage is only available to customers who previously had a GlobalPlus card.

Choose between cash back or Fly Buys points

Since you've had your BNZ Advantage card you've been earning cash back, but now you have the option to earn Fly Buys points instead. You may have recently received a letter containing a personalised link which lets you make the change to earning Fly Buys.  If you haven't yet received a letter, and would like to change to Fly Buys as your rewards currency,  please  give us a call on 0800 275 269 or come in store.

How rewards work

Cash back

Cash back will be credited back to your credit card account. This reduces the balance outstanding but does not change the minimum monthly payment. Cash back is calculated once a month at the end of your statement cycle and will show in Internet Banking and on your credit card statement as 'BNZ - Cash Back Earned'.

In August, you'll have the option to put your cash back into a BNZ account.

Fly Buys points

The Fly Buys points you have earned will appear on your credit card statement.  Find out more about redeeming your Fly Buys points
