Replacing your NetGuard token
If your token is broken, lost or stolen, or the battery is flat, you can ask for a new one.
To replace your NetGuard token:
- print off and complete the NetGuard replacement form (PDF 92KB)
- get the form signed by the owner(s) of your company’s BNZ bank accounts
- scan and email the form to email@example.com or fax it to (04) 474 7777.
We’ll send you a new token in three to five business days, and put a temporary NetGuard Bypass on your account while you wait for your new token to arrive.
