Replacing your NetGuard token
If your token is broken, lost or stolen, or the battery is flat, you can ask for a new one. If you’d rather use your mobile to authenticate your Internet Banking for Business, instead of replacing your token, you can follow the steps to activate your BNZ Mobile Business Banking app.
To replace your NetGuard token:
- print off and complete the NetGuard replacement form PDF 92KB
- get the form signed by the owner(s) of your company’s BNZ bank accounts
- scan and email the form to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to (04) 474 7777.
We’ll send you a new token in 3-5 business days, and put a temporary NetGuard Bypass on your account while you wait for your new token to arrive.
