BNZ is the only bank in New Zealand that welcomes your China UnionPay card. You can use it at our ATMs (cash machines) and to pay at some shops and businesses that bank with us.

You can use your UnionPay card in New Zealand

At any BNZ ATM (cash machine)

  • All our ATMs accept China UnionPay cards
  • They are located throughout New Zealand
  • When you use a BNZ ATM you can change the on-screen language to simplified Chinese
  • Use our ATM locator to find your nearest BNZ ATM

At some shops and businesses

  • Some shops and businesses that bank with us will let you pay with your China UnionPay card
  • They will have the China UnionPay logo on display
  • Find shops and businesses in your area that accept your UnionPay card
