Order your foreign cash online today
Ordering online is easy; just make sure you do it at least five business days before you want to collect. The minimum value for an online order is NZ$250. You simply choose the BNZ store that you want to collect your currency from and pay for it when you pick it up. You'll receive confirmation of your order and a reference number within 24 hours3. You don't have to be a BNZ customer or a New Zealander to take advantage of this service.
Exchange rates – please read before ordering
When you order online we'll quote the exchange rate at that time, but what you pay will be the rate on the day you collect and pay for your currency at the BNZ store. If you want to take advantage of the exchange rate on a particular day, please purchase and collect foreign currency on the same day from your nearest BNZ store, rather than ordering online. Please check international service fees for details.
Collect from any BNZ store
Your foreign cash will be ready to collect within five business days from the BNZ store4 you selected when ordering online. Please bring your photo id and the order reference number with you.
Choose how you'd like to pay
When you collect your order you can pay by New Zealand cash, EFTPOS, debit card or your Visa, MasterCard or BNZ issued Amex credit card1 – it's up to you.
