Talking your language

Our Asian Banking Team can speak Mandarin and Cantonese; so you can choose to do your banking in either English or Chinese. We also have a number of Chinese–speaking bankers throughout our Auckland BNZ stores who would be happy to communicate with you in your chosen language.

Offering a full range of banking services

The Asian Banking Team provides a full range of services for your day-to-day banking needs. This includes setting up new accounts, credit cards, home loans, investments, insurance and more. They can also assist with your residential property investments, or talk to you about running a small business in New Zealand.

We can meet where it suits you

Our Asian Banking Team is available in Auckland from Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. They can meet you in person at your home, at work, at one of our stores or even in a café. The choice is yours.
