This is the only New Zealand home loan that lets you collect Fly Buys1. The number of Fly Buys Points you collect is based on the size of your loan each month2. The table below shows how points are handed out.

Ongoing flexibility

Our Fly Buys home loan gives you more choices so you can organise your home loan to suit your lifestyle. At any time you can choose fixed or floating interest rates, or a combination of the two. You can also choose to make lump-sum repayments as a fixed Fly Buys home loan lets you repay up to 5% of your original loan amount each year without early repayment charges.  Another benefit is the option to split your borrowing between a Fly Buys home loan and another type, say 80% Fly Buys and 20% TotalMoney floating home loan.

Other things that are good to know

The total term of a Fly Buys home loan can be any length up to 30 years. The minimum starting loan size is $10,000.
