Online statements
Keep tabs on your bank accounts.
Great news! If you have a BNZ credit card, personal loan, everyday account or foreign currency account, statements are now automatically stored for you online, in Internet Banking.
Not only are online statements better for the environment, they're a great way to keep tabs on your bank accounts:
- They're really handy – you can access them anytime, or even save them on your computer for easy reference.
- Online statements are super-secure – only you can access them through Internet Banking, so the risk of fraud is minimised.
- They're in exactly the same format as a traditional statement, and they're just as legitimate. If you do need a paper copy, just print it out.
- We simply notify you by email when your online statements are ready for viewing. (You will need to set this up for everyday accounts).
- You can set up reminders so you know when your monthly credit card or personal loan payment is due.
Want to stop your paper statements?
If you wish to opt out of paper statements, simply log into Internet Banking and select the 'Other Services' tab. Then click "Statement Options" in the left-hand navigation bar, and choose your preferred options. If you decide that you do need your paper statements in the future, you can always request to receive them again, no hassle.
If you're not currently an Internet Banking customer there are three easy ways to register:
- If you are a Telephone Banking customer and know your 5-digit PIN, you can register online.
- Call us on 0800 999 269 or + 64 4 494 7153 from overseas.
- Or, visit your nearest store.
