When you lead a busy life usually your bank account does too, and it can be hard to know when your money is on the move. With our Alert Services you can see if money has gone through, what your account balance is, when your credit card payments is due or if you’re about to reach your overdraft limit – all through the convenience of text and email messaging1. And, you can set ‘do-not-disturb’ hours, so you won’t get alerts at inconvenient times.
So be better off by being the first to know what’s happening with your money – have a look at the features and benefits.
Along with receiving an account balance daily or weekly, you’ll know when:
- Your funds go below, or are greater than a chosen amount, so you know what you can afford.
- Deposits or withdrawals are made which are greater than a chosen amount, so you know when and how much has been transacted.
- Your remaining overdraft funds are less than a chosen amount, so you can keep an eye on how much you spend.
Plus, all your alerts are manageable through Internet Banking and once you’ve set them up, they'll become automated. That way once it’s done, it’s done.

Note: Business First ($10 and $20 pricing plans) and Farm First $10 plan will have the first five Text Alerts included at no additional cost to the base fee.

Log into Internet Banking and register for Alert Services in the Other Services menu.
If you’re not currently an Internet Banking customer there are three easy ways to register:
- If you are a Telephone Banking customer and know your 5-digit PIN, you can register online.

- Alerts cannot be set up for Loan, Foreign Currency and Credit Card accounts.
