You can receive email messages that tell you what you want to know about your accounts, without you even asking. You simply select the notifications you want, customise each one to suit your needs and get back to focusing on your work. It's an easy way to stay on top of your finances, avoid unintended fees and get a quick heads up about transactions coming into, or going out of your accounts. And, there's no extra charge involved.

Choose from a range of notifications

Here are some of the events that Internet Banking for Business can automatically send you an email about.

  • Account balance as at – you select the time of day and either daily or weekly notifications
  • Available funds rise above an amount you select
  • Available funds fall below an amount you select
  • Current balance falls below the limit you have agreed with us. (Your overdraft limit, if you have one or $0 if you don't)
  • Current balance falls to near your limit – you choose the point at which the notification will be sent
  • An international payment is deposited into an account you select

Control who receives which notifications

You'll only receive the notifications that you select or that one of your colleagues has selected for you. Here's how it works.

  • Your Internet Banking for Business administrator(s) can enable notifications for any Internet Banking for Business User.
  • These people can then create, edit or cancel any notifications for your business
  • Any Internet Banking for Business User with an email address can be selected to receive a particular notification
