BNZ and Vodafone Hotlink

Vodafone HotLink is the fastest way to top up your Prepay airtime or pay your Vodafone account. It connects your mobile to your BNZ Eftpos Card, allowing you to top up directly from your mobile phone menu. You don't have to remember any additional PINs or codes, just your regular debit card PIN.

To use this innovative service all you need is a BNZ transaction account. If you're not already a customer, simply drop into any branch with two forms of ID (one must be a photo ID) and we will be happy to arrange opening an account for you. Our normal account opening criteria apply.

Once you have an account and your BNZ Eftpos card, you can register for HotLink by going to the 'Other Services' menu on any BNZ ATM. You then follow the step-by-step instructions on the menu of your mobile phone under 'Vodafone' > 'My Account' > 'Top Up / Pay Account'. It's that simple!

Register for Vodafone HotLink today

To register, simply go to your nearest BNZ ATM, use the 'other services' menu option and follow the simple registration steps. Once registered, you can use the HotLink service from your mobile phone.

Please note you can only register for Vodafone HotLink using your BNZ Eftpos Card. Currently you are not able to register for the service with either a credit card or a dual card.
