Things to be considered

At most banks if you’re under 13 years old, your parent or guardian will have to open the account for you. Anyone can put money into your account; all they need is your account number. Only your parent or guardian will be allowed to take money out for you, unless they make a special arrangement with the bank. Once you turn 13 you can have an account all to yourself.
