Management in Action
Delivering quality results through people
Are you a business owner, manager or team leader who is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of staff? Attendance at the Management in Action workshop will help you get quality results from your people, teach you proven management skills you'll be able to immediately put into practice, help improve staff performance, which should subsequently translate into positive business results.
At the workshop, you will work on essential communication principles, gain an understanding of the difference between management and leadership and how to give and receive quality feedback. You'll also leave with a better understanding of delegation and how to best do it, what motivation is and how to improve it, how to improve staff performance through quality on-the-job training, and how to manage performance issues.
