Kaizen Essentials

The foundations of Lean Thinking and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) philosophies and how they could be applied to your business

Would you like to learn about Kaizen and how Lean and Kaizen can be applied through a series of practical exercises? Kaizen means continuous improvement and the original Japanese definition is Kai (change) Zen (good, for the better). It refers to a philosophy of everyday improvement, by everybody, everywhere in an organisation.

In this workshop you will learn about Kaizen problem solving techniques and see how problem solving can reduce costs and deliver tangible improvements to the bottom line.

To thrive during strong economic times and survive inevitable downturns, businesses need to keep improving and adapting. The continual improvements that come through adopting a Kaizen philosophy add up to major benefits with improved productivity and quality, faster delivery, lower costs, greater customer satisfaction together with improved employee engagement.
