Agribusiness Governance
Structuring the governance of your agribusiness
Get an insight into the power of effective governance, which will assist to lift financial performance and reduce risk exposure. As your agribusiness grows are you making the necessary adjustments to your governance procedures? Do you know how to identify weaknesses and make improvements to your existing management/governance structure?
This one-day workshop is tailored to the special needs of agribusiness owners. It could also be helpful for professionals who offer business advice to farmers and growers.
In recent years, agribusinesses have been getting larger with greater leverage. But as the scale of agribusiness operations has increased, corresponding adjustments to governance procedures aren’t always made.
This means that large farming operations are often exposed to unnecessary risk, which can affect the options of the business in times of stress and prolong the downwards legs of business cycles. By strengthening governance, you can improve the outlook for your farm in more ways than one.
Learn how this workshop could benefit your business, in this short video by course facilitator, Brent Wheeler.
